Billing Supervisor

About the Job:
MAP Health Management is a successful and growing company in the Healthcare industry that is seeking a qualified Billing Supervisor. Looking for high energy individual capable of motivating employees with critical thinking and problem solving. This company is located in Austin, Texas. Pay, including benefits, will be commensurate with experience and knowledge.

Job Description:
Oversees and directs the submission of claims and accounts receivable management. Assists in the implementation and ongoing maintenance of claims processing systems, policies, and procedures. Responsible for regular review and preparation of claims data.  Provides support on complex claims issues. Responsible for assisting in the management of the budget. Assist in interview process and responsible for onboarding new employees as well as developing employee skills. Responsible for training and development of staff. Monitors departmental operations to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies as well as contractual obligations.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Five or more years of claims management experience
• College degree preferred with emphasis in management, finance, or accounting
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare standard codes (CPT, ICD, HCPCS, etc.)
• In-depth knowledge of commercial insurance reimbursement/payment policies, medical terminology
• Knowledge and understanding of medical coding and billing systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and Word

Business Development Professional/Sales

MAP Health Management is seeking sharp, sophisticated, experienced and driven Business Development Professional to market and facilitate sales cycles within the health care, telehealth and medical billing fields. Experience must consist of no less than 3 – 5 years in pharmaceutical or high-technology sales environments.

Personality profile consists of:

  • High work ethic
  • Very professional appearance and demeanor
  • Superb communication skills
  • Ability to present to C-level executives
  • Ability to facilitate and organize sales cycles
  • Ability to quickly absorb, learn and present innovative and complex services and
  • products
  • Experience managing sales teams is a major plus
  • Experience with ongoing account management is a major plus
  • Knowledge of behavioral health and substance abuse treatment verticals is a plus, but not an absolute requirement

Expect many sales meetings to be based out of our beautiful Austin, TX corporate office with light to medium travel as necessary. If you are professional, driven, highly-experienced and already trained with a strong desire to do well and work within a high-energy, professional team this is a remarkable opportunity. MAP Accountability Services is looking for new full-time MAP Specialists for our relapse prevention monitoring program. We are a fast growing company looking to expand our excellent team of MAP Specialists. Our goal is to help clients achieve lasting, meaningful sobriety. This position is located in Austin, TX.

Specialist Requirements:

  • Must be in solid personal recovery from alcohol and drugs
  • Must have at least 3 years sober
  • Must know how to share your experience, strength, and hope
  • Must have basic computer skills
  • Must be able to work both individually and in a team setting
  • If you live outside of Austin, TX, must be willing to relocate to Austin

More about the Specialist:

  • The job of the Specialist is to anticipate -- early relapse prevention or detection
  • Identify and address enabling concerns with loved ones
  • Take appropriate interceding action when necessary
  • Help the clients find balance in their life

Utilization Review Specialist

MAP Health Management is looking for an experienced Utilization Review Specialist for alcohol, drug and mental health issues. This job is located in Austin, TX.

What we are looking for:

RN, LVN, LMSW, LPC or other licensed professional with psychiatric/chemical dependency Utilization/Case Management experience.

Requirements:

  • Must have a minimum of one year experience.
  • Must be familiar with all aspects of Utilization Review, including, but not limited to, interacting with insurance companies, health care providers, staff, clinicians, physicians and other allied professionals.
  • If you live outside of Austin, TX, must be willing to relocate to Austin.

Windows Systems Administrator

MAP Accountability Services

MAP Accountability Services is seeking a full-time Senior Systems Administrator (3+ years experience) in a HIPAA-compliant Windows Server 2008 environment with 30 users and growing.

Requirements:

  • VPN and Active Directory experience a must.
  • Amazon Web Services, Office365, Hyper-V, and QuickBooks experience a plus.
  • The ability and willingness to travel between sites in South Austin (frequently) and South Texas (infrequently) is required.
  • The job will entail maintaining a HIIPAA-compliant network, ensuring well-functioning servers, accessible on- and off-site backups, and end user (local and remote) support.
